BEEFY support
How can we help?
BEEFY is currently an invite-only beta. Send us a note for account approval, app troubleshooting, privacy questions, or help deleting your account.
Contact BEEFY
Email hello@getbeefy.app and include the Apple relay email shown on your BEEFY access screen when your question is about beta approval.
Email supportPrivate-beta approval
A new Sign in with Apple account starts at Access requested. BEEFY cannot use training, Health, synchronization, or AI features until the account is manually approved. After we confirm approval, open BEEFY and tap Check approval. You do not need to reinstall.
Apple Health
You can review or change BEEFY's permissions in the Health app or in iOS Settings. If a workout is not synchronizing, confirm that BEEFY has permission for the affected category, then reopen the app. Never email private Health records unless they are necessary for your support request.
AI request or spending limits
BEEFY limits paid AI requests by account and across the private beta. If the app says a daily request or spending limit was reached, no additional paid request was sent. Try again after the stated limit resets or contact us if the message appears unexpectedly.
Delete your account
- Open BEEFY and go to your Account screen.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
Pending users can also delete their account directly from the access screen. This removes the BEEFY account and associated cloud training data. Information already saved in Apple Health remains under your control in Apple Health. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address associated with your account for assistance.
Useful details for troubleshooting
Tell us what you expected, what happened, your iPhone or Apple Watch model, iOS or watchOS version, and the BEEFY app version. Do not send passwords, Apple credentials, API keys, or more Health information than is necessary.
Fitness and medical safety
BEEFY provides fitness planning and educational guidance, not medical advice or emergency services. Stop training and seek qualified medical help if you have severe pain, injury, or urgent symptoms.
